Begin your journey learning Buttercream skills creating the following projects -
Rosette cake, Edible image Cake, Piped Cupcakes, Cake Pops.
In the final 4 weeks you will learn Fondant skills creating the following projects -
Round Fondant design with simple fondant roses, a Square Tiffany Box design,
Vintage Cupcakes & a fun Starburst Cake!
Course fee includes Supplies Kit of Boards, Boxes, Shortening, Colours, Piping Tips, Piping Bags, Fondant etc.
Total Course cost = $495 including *supplies (excludes cakes & tools required).

Terms & Conditions Students are required to provide their own cakes 7" round, 7" square & cupcakes each week as per class schedule. (*Please note if other size cakes are provided, additional supplies will be required to complete projects at additional cost to student). Tools required - Spatula (cranked), Bench Scraper, Rolling Pin (large & small), Fondant Smoother, Turntable (optional) see image above for samples of tools required. Cancellation policy: a booking cancellation fee of $100 applies within 14 days of course commencement. If course is cancelled, a full refund will be given (of amount paid). Minimum class numbers apply. Balance of Course fee is due at Kit Pick up (prior to course commencement). Students will be emailed date/location to pick up Kits. Students also have the opportunity to purchase Tools, Cake Tins & Cake Mixes at time of Kit Pick-up. |
