Beginner's 8 week Course (Deposit) Tuesday evenings commencing 15th October 7pm - 9pm
Learn how to perfect your cakes from preparing, torting & decorating using Buttercream & Fondant. You will learn how to create sharp clean edges, piping techniques, making rosettes, handpiped roses & border piping and edible images.
You will learn how to cover your cakes in fondant, make fondant roses, a Tiffany Box style cake, creating vintage cupcakes using cutters & moulds, and creating a starburst cake.
Each week you will finish a project in the 2 hour class!
Total course cost $400 including supplies kit. Payment terms - 50% payable at time of booking (deposit) & balance due one week prior to course commencement. (some kit items may be distributed throughout the course). Undecorated cakes are to be provided by student through out the course. Course is run from our home base @ Werribee.
