Beginner's 8 week Course (Deposit only) Term 2 @ Werribee Tuesday evenings starts April 21st 7pm-9pm
Learn the skills to decorate cakes to a professional standard in Buttercream & Fondant.
In the first 4 weeks you will learn how to prepare your cakes, create smooth finishes, pipe rosettes & decorative borders, create cake pops, apply edible images using Buttercream.
In the last 4 weeks you will earn how to cover round & square cakes in fondant, make fondant decorative roses, create a Tiffany-style Box with bow, create vintage cupcakes. and create a starburst cake.
Each week you will complete one project in the 2 hour class!
Total course cost $450 including supplies kit. Student is to provide cakes to class each week.
Payment terms - $100 at time of booking (course deposit) & balance of $350 due one week prior to course commencement. (some kit items may be distributed throughout the course). Course is run from our home base @ Werribee. Course Deposit in non-refundable.
