Intermediate 4 week Course (deposit) Commences Saturday 19th October 1pm - 3.30pm
This class is for Students with some experience in cake decorating or have completed recent courses from our cake decorating schedules.
Learn techniques including ganache, buttercream, fondant & edible images. You will learn trends that are now including a fault line cake design, kfc bucket, watercolor upside down sail & more!
Total course cost $400 including supplies kit. Payment terms - 50% payable at time of booking (deposit) & balance due one week prior to course commencement. (some kit items may be distributed throughout the course). Undecorated cakes are to be provided by student through out the course. Course is run from our home base @Werribee.
